Default Re: Live from Maple Geove-NHRA Lucas Oil Series

This was a great race. Very well run, and Kyle and his family were fabulous. The facility was first rate. The live band cancelled last minute, and that is a shame, the weather was just perfect, but the band thought it was going to rain. I know Kyle was very upset they cancelled... That is not on the Koretsky family.... Corn hole at night, reasonable drink and food pricing, all good. And no bullpoop fluff like jet cars, bracket cars, or small tire, large tire class drama. Just a great, well-run division race.

I only have one beef..... Fuel.... No fuel at their pumps to fill up our jugs at a decent price, nor Bezell or another fuel truck vendor on site.... $90 for a 5 gallon pale of Sunoco Standard 110 at the MG parts/fuel shop. That is a bit harsh. Other than that, a great venue.

Oh, and the flies.... Good heavens.... I know I don't have a shower in my trailer, and I'm sure I was quite ripe by the third day, but I wasn't the only one with flies dominating my trailer!!!..... I guess the Amish farmers must have just laid out all the manure !!!!
