In the past the track here in Tulsa has stored new school busses from the local bus plant.

The owners have stored new cars there in the past also.

I don't think it should be anything to worry about.

Bottom line is that stand alone race tracks are a poor business model. Too much land to occupy for too little return with too many headaches that pop up daily.
It’s sad but true. Times have squeezed drag racing and hot rodding out of the modern scene.

covid lockdowns resulted in no racing = no revenue for a couple years.
