VA Disability and Property Tax Exemptions

California currently exempts $161K of your home purchase value. SB726 has passed in the state Senate 40-0 and is now in the Assembly, if this passes and you are 100% disabled you will be totally exempt from paying property tax.

You may want to check the state they live in under State Veteran Affairs for other benefits they may be missing.
