I pulled in late for me. It was about 6 pm. I've been at this race for many years. I still get a childhood rush when your traveling down the highway and like today. A 1968 Charger R/T cruises by like yesterday. Hotrods driving all around town...very cool! Most cars were put away. Cal Method has 3 cars here, The Irving family has a fleet from their collection. Some stackers full of Mustangs and copos. Sally was parking us all near each other best she can. Weather is going to perfect! Hopefully someone gets some photos. Sure could use that picture myself $$$

I had to get home. My head was someplace else. If anyone reads this and is at the track. Please turn off my battery switch rear bumper.

I don't know if there will be much coverage of this race online so any of you that are there could help Paul post what is going on I would be grateful.
Thanks, Bill Lamb |

We had our first qualifier. I haven't heard the car count. Just a guess it feels and looks like around 70ish. Good air but of course there is a 10-14mph head wind. They prepped the track before our pass. No worries there. Phil Mandella was dancing back and forth putting as many as he can in the water. Besides us the place is full. The car show area has to have a couple hundred cars and trucks. Someone was dusty off his Pinto wagon with woodgrain. A little something for everyone. As we were sitting lined up. The class in front of us was a bunch of street Challengers with Parachutes.
I wanted to takes some photos. My wife needs my attention so I'll probably miss the rest of today. Tomorrow is another day. Paul |

I was busy, babysitting Jared’s son while he raced. Jared lost 3rd round with the Challenger. We did some testing with the Stocker.
There were 55 cars. 4th round pairings: Glasbrenner vs Vetter Loge vs Priddy McLaughlin. Single Redford vs Jon Irving

Final; Glassbrenner
The final four agreed to a purse split Thanks to MATS and PMR. It was fun!
