I agree with Stefan there are a lot of those mid class GT cars. You could count me in. |

Can all the Top this and that....just combine the classes a,b,c, ...d,e, f, and run 'em at all races. That's where it is going anyway.

Rich, I hope you are right. Just look at the consolidation of the fuel injected cars in stock. Initially many people on this forum thought the carb cars would have this huge disadavantage, but the reality is they seem to be basically even.
IMO, Shaul winning stock at the Vegas race was the perfect example of what stock and ss should be. He won a couple of bracket rounds and I think 4 heads up rounds to bring home the trophy. S and ss should be a true mix of bracket and heads up races not 99% bracket and 1% heads up as it is with the current excessively classed system. I love the idea of a Top GT race because it puts the class back in class racing. Really, I'd love to see a CIC race or some kind of GT/A-B-C and GT/D-E-F combo race at the Sportsnationals in Fontana. Mike Rice would never do it, but it sure would be fun. |

Instead of running Class as we know it maybe a Sportsnationals run on consolidated ABC, DEF, GHI could run. Less class trophies and more sponsor money to win class. Back to More Heads up racing....but with Everyone having a chance to do it again not just TOP classes. Yes I think it would be good as I have said and as we see many people voice a definite interest in having a chance to do it too...

This is just my opinion of the baddest of the bad; if Andy Fogle is on his game there's not another GT/AA car in the country from what I have seen that can beat him. I am really suprised they didn't pickup that win in class at Atlanta but that goes to show anything can happen and the fastest car doesn't always win.
