Rob, the hp that would be applied in event of an average has always been based on fastest run. Last year, if a combination was reviewed and average was over -.85 then the fastest trigger resulted in the amount of hp applied -1.000–1.099 was 1.25% then -1.100-1.199 was 2.25%. This remains the same. The difference this year is if you have a trigger run of -1.200-1.249 you would get 3.25% hp and if you have a trigger of -1.250-1.299 you would receive 4.25%. So a 4.25% end of the year hit would be a very exteme hit. Keep in mind this could be the result of one run in -1500 feet or air. A combination rated at 400hp for example would receive 18hp at year end with one trigger of -1.250-1.299.
