Cody put a post on the D2 facebook page advising everyone to log on, do the waiver and check grade points. He asked for any questions to be sent his way by 10:30am so he had time to see what was up. I know several he checked and or fixed before 11am

With all due respect, how is FB considered "the" accepted conduit for communication. For whatever inexplicable reason, the site was kept down till early this morning. God bless Cody, but really? Scramble around an hour before the event opens to correct mistakes?

I'm on facebook. I believe I'm even friends with D2. I never saw any post. They have NHRAracer.com. They have our email addresses. I have to check mother 'effin Facebook to get notified of super important communications? For Christ's sake, get serious.

On the upside, I did notice its an extra $10 to enter this year, lmfao...

I didn’t see that post on FB. I did log on this morning to my account and checked my grade points and completed the waiver and other crap that popped up. Then I gust refreshed my browser at the prescribed time and completed the entry. I have all my info on auto fill so it took less than 30 seconds to do the entry. I checked the entry list and there was already 30 in at 2 minutes for SS. Got to be quick or you won’t get in. Stock was full in 3 minutes.

I was told a couple or three years ago that facebook was used because the Division Director can't post on NHRA's website without content being submitted and pre-approved by the left coast. This may or may not be true now.
