HGJAB I believe. I finished all the work, adj. valve gave it a tuneup and cleaned it up. Its back in the trailer and runs great. I welded wing nut to the ends of the torgues screws so they could be turned by hand.

What ended up being the cause of the issue besides the belt? Was the rotor turning when you pushed start??

The belt was the main issue so the rotor wasn't turning so it would shut right off.
