Tight racing, heads up performance-based runs, unfortunate breakouts, and a NASCAR superstar made up the recent NHRA Nevada Nationals. The big names of Stock & Super Stock did not disappoint and it was anyone's game, especially in the later rounds!

A bit chilly and really windy today. A few rain showers here and there. I didn't hang around. Not sure if the test and tune happened.

We got one run in....the track is going to return
1/2 of the $100. the test and tune cost is my understanding.

24 hours made a big difference. Not a whisper of wind, sun shine and jacket weather for sure. A few cars I haven't seen this year. Just driving around the place is pretty full. Haven't heard a car count.

Change of schedule. No third qualifier. First round tomorrow morning. I also heard anyone that was planning on racing tomorrow and had not made a run yet. They need to call Mike Rice. Might not see a ladder til morning.

There is possibly 4 more to be added to stock. Regular mystery novel. I guess we'll find out in the morning. My math says if 4 cars get added to the bottom I have a heads up. Is it good to know now or in the morning? I'm not going back tonight that's for sure.

I went to get my refund and they said it is a credit on my account to use later. 😡
