Trailer roof repair

Still no luck locating the front radius roof piece. ordered one from a truck body parts store and they screwed up and sent the incorrect size. What a **** show that was. Come to find out they cannot get the piece that fits the 8.5' body width. That is no longer an option. what I did learn is the Haulmark Elite trailer has the same exact size piece. Now the problem is the dealer near me (won't mention their name) does not return calls. Anyone know of a reliable Hallmark dealer with a decent parts department? Someone suggested to have it made by a fabricator. Checked many fabricators in my areas and no one can do it or doesn't want to do it. One would think this would be a simple fix. WTF!!!! suggestions anyone?

I had a similar situation with my Haulmark Trailer, I was able to go directly to their website an order the parts and had them shipped to my address. You may want to reconsider your insurance deductible, by the time they add the parts and labor you will be over your deductible. Good luck

I did speak with the factory direct yesterday and they were very helpful. I need a VIN number off a 2004 Haulmark Elite 102" wide body in order for them to look up the correct part. I have a friend that has one so if he pulls through I should be in business. as for insurance, they were very fair about settling and fast. No complaints there. Great American, Bill Horton, good company.
