What about the property adjacent to Phoenix Raceway?
There's plenty of land in the area west of the Raceway. Granted, it's parking lots, but there's plenty of room there. HELL, even one of the access roads in the lots is named Dragstrip Rd.!! Lay the strip down on W. South Mountain Ave., jus sayin... ![]()

So far, I haven't found out what the definite plan is for this "interchange". Yet, the track must close next February.
Nothing was even mentioned about it, a year and a half ago. None of these proposals would take up much of the track land , if at all. https://www.inmaricopa.com/diamond-i...-for-347-i-10/
