The law suit by The State of California against Jegs begs the question, how many more after market resellers and manufactures are in the States cross-hairs?
The State can not get enough money from the individual who owned the car and modified it illegal, so they go after the companies that sold them the parts because they have the money. Re

If I was Jegs, I would never sell a part again to anyone who lives in the republic of California. F that state. Between their off road engine laws, madates on electric cars, and even gun laws, it seems impossible to live there.

Air pollution has been a problem for over 50 years in California, there's over 39 million people in the State, there's a mountainous terrain that traps pollution and warm climate that helps form ozone and other pollutant, they gotta do what they gotta do!

Maybe someone should educate them on how minute an impact modified vehicles actually have on the environment.

They are not doing "what they gotta do". They could do away with every modified vehicle in California and it would have as close to ZERO impact as they could possibly get.
