Have you talked to Fred at Altronics about this. I have their software as well and he will send you an update if you are current with your membership. When ever I have issues his updates have fixed it. He is usually very helpful. Give him a call or send an e mail to them. He will respond quickly.

Yes. I talked to Fred about this. He told me that with the windows update I would have to update their software to current version also. I gave in and payed the 99$ for a new key. Just for fun I used the new key with the old software version (1.460). And guess what the software runs. So the old software will run with the new windows update. I was told the software doesn’t expire. I am not happy and feel like I was had for ransom. With the 99$ I can upgrade to the latest verison and I get 1 yr Support. But probably won’t need it for 13 months |
