I have to share this story I just heard...
Lee and Al Peters were friends and fierce competitors.
Lee is following Al Peters back up the return road at Dover. Al just beat him, and he notices Al`s fan belt fall off. He goes to an official and tells him Peters is running without a fan belt. Tech opens the hood and DQ`s him.

I've been told there will be a memorial service in a couple weeks but details of when and where I do not know as of yet. Will keep everyone posted.
