Post Re: Correct tire pressure?

You can usually run a little more air pressure with wider rims, which helps stability and sidewall life while maintaining a good contact patch. (i.e.: 9" slicks on 10" rims.)

I had to run my super stock radials at 9lbs this past weekend and everyone thought I was nuts, truck wobbles all over at the end of the track with 1lb too much, I agree every ride is different. John

Hi John, I've personally never had the radial wobble. Sure doesn't look like fun watching. Just a thought. Check to see if the tires have the same roll out.
Again just a thought.

Thanks Paul I heard the same thing and will check that out as well, I can handle some wobble but third run Saturday even scared me, lol I set the record years back in Boise and the guy next to me said I was crazy.
