Don't ever send anything to MSD unless you first call them and get a RMA number. If you did not get a return merchandise number than your item is in limbo.

Thanks for the phone number, I'll try again in the morning.
I got an RMA #, sent the box by UPS, 3 weeks later my local UPS buddy calls me and says the box was refused. Double check the address on the box and its the correct one "dock 14" is the repair outlet and they returned it. Sent it back out and called them and they confirmed they had it this time and now 3 weeks later nothing. Been buying their stuff with very little issue since 1980. RJ |
