In NHRA I think the closest class would be Modified Stock. Modified Stock is actually a little less restrictive with the exception of the carburetor (750 NHRA Approved). I have a car that was built for AHRA Formula Stock, that I raced in IHRA Stock Production that I am trying to make somewhat completive in Modified Stock. Bill Lamb 4340 SS/BS |

If Randy Lyn ever wants another job, she could go into announcing. She was real fun to listen to with her knowledge of the people, the cars and no drama. About the best I have heard in a long time.

Really glad to see this become a reality with Stock & Super Stock being the stars of the show. Enjoyed the live stream. Well done as usual on Motormania. Hopefully it will grow to the D1 area and out west.
Sounds and looks like it was a lot of fun. I hope to be able to participate in the future. |

I rarely post on this site, but this event was more than awesome. I was glued to the computer screen for 2 days. I'm thrilled that sportsman racers were showcased in a premiere event. And kudos to the telecaster!

This was a who's who of class racing. Every round had marquis match-ups with big name hitters from every NHRA division. The internet coverage was great, as was the announcing. The racing was ultra tight. This race set the bar high for other sportsman events. Well done!

I got to watch some of the event and it looked pretty cool. Getting to race for some bigger doe like the bracket races.
Like more cow bell (SNL reference for you young'ins), we need more Randi Lynn announcing. Nice candor and some inside baseball info. I could see her doing national events and helping explain class racing to the spectators. |

Congrats to all the crew that worked so hard to put this race together. You pulled it off !!!! Thanks to all of the personal at the track that helped keep this race going long after my bedtime. Some of the best Stock/ Super Stock racing I have ever seen. BP
