My thoughts are personal Hp for the car/platform it will follow the offender, as driver, owner, crew chief, or crew. If the car will run A, B, or C the Hp will be at the higher personal Hp for that rules breaker with the offending car. Put the teeth back in the rules. Most of us will appreciate it NHRA.

Raikes and Mike Volkman going to final in SS, Terry Taylor just beat Wes Neeley in Stock. Dang, Wes is piling up points early.
