While I was looking through some 60's songs on line, I noticed that the psychedelic era really had some strange named groups. I'll start.
Electric Prunes, Chocolate Watchbands, The Seeds Tag, you're it?

We rented a movie the other night. "YESTERDAY" . I suggest it. A strange worldwide thing happens. Some kind of shock treatment and the whole world gets shocked. This struggling singer is hit by a train on his bicycle right as all this crap is going on. It takes a while for him to figure it out, but somethings..Like Pepsi, did not survive the transfer from the shock treatment. Another thing that didn't make it was any sign of the Beatles. Their gone. So this guy starts re-releasing , one song at a time all the Beatles songs as if he wrote them himself. Pretty entertaining movie. Lots of old Beatles songs are played during the show ..

Status Quo, King Crimson, Procal Harem,
Then you have 10CC, Lovin' Spoonfull, Steely Dan... (kind of common theme in those)... Pink Floyd... (which one is Pink?)... Later during Punk you have the Sex Pistols... Just a few that come to mind... |
