OK More mysteries, again from the 1969 Indy Nationals results.
Drag News, 6 Sep 1969. Their text says the C/SA=8.50 class winner was Bill Morgan in a 1964 GTO. Well, the top GTO was of course the 389/348-6v which has a W/P=9.50 so would run in E/SA (with a powerglide?????) and not C/SA. Maybe it was the GTO with the 421HO option, like the magazine article. Are these typos or how do you miss stuff like that? |

That would be Tritak & Morgan C/SA Plymouth "War Wagon max wedge station wagon 63 or 64. Bill Morgan Driver
