How do you submit your w-9 online to the track
OK , I'm not so good with computers , can anyone explain how you do this . The tech card was ok .

what i do is download it, fill it out, take a picture of it with phone, then e-mail it. save picture in phone for other tracks. or after filling out, just save in computer, e-mail.
