Absentee voting and mail-in voting are handled the same way.
__________________ Jim Samuel That is not true. Absentee ballots must be requested in person with verification of the voter in person. In Texas it is verification of voter registration, address, and your photo ID. Then the ballot can be mailed. Mail in ballots are just sent out without verification of anything other than an address and in most recent cases are not even requested by anyone. Mail out/in ballots are easily filled out by anyone who gets their hands on it. What could possibly go wrong? Only registered verified voters should have their votes counted. If we can go to Walmart and stand in line we should be able to go vote. Just My 2 Cents Rick Cates Canyon, TX |
