With the folks working on you project.............
It should really FLY! I had a 63 Spt Fury in High School. 383 Golden Commando 2 x 4 Brls. Several 64 Belv. Max Wedges A/SA cars over the years. Sold my 63 Dodge 330 SS/FA Max Wedge a couple years ago.

At Mission BC around 2005 I was running my bracket car and Dave Wren rolled out of his moss covered trailer an old 63 with a “thrown together” Max Wedge. Best sounding engine I’ve ever heard and to this day I seek out those cars to hear them run. Thanks for giving us a taste to hold us over a bit.

I agree Frank. Being in division 7 I see his cars a lot. Steve has been very helpful with our build. What's unique is this car is all original except for race parts that were added. Paint, chrome and stainless and interior parts are original. Thank's for your interest. I have followed your post and others for a long time.

Strange thing is I had a closed chamber W2 motor with a long rod and the 355 NASCAR pistons, small roller and it made that sound idling around the pits and staging lanes. Never failed to raise the heads of all that heard it. Tried to replicate it with another motor but no luck.
