First off, thanks for your and everyone else sacrifice who served.
I do not want this to be taken for a political statement however, there is a document somewhere which states something like: everyone has the right for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
I do not think a Mayor of a city or a Governor of a state has the right to force anyone to stay inside their home and not go outside without any timeline for that to change. I do not know of any law that gives them that right.
I am one of those who is high risk due to age and plan to stay home on my own, however I do not like the idea of being locked in.
Maybe I am just old and grouchy.

If that pass is the one that turns on the win light in my lane at The US Nationals in Indy this year then I could die a happy man......just sayin. 🙂🏁

The easing of shelter in place does not force you to do anything...

If you have concerns regarding your health just stay sheltered in place..

It makes no sense, that if I want to sit down and eat at a restaurant it negatively impacts anybody’s health but my own...

We still have to make our own decisions about OUR health care

If you have the bug, isn't there a chance could infect other people in the restaurant?

"IF" he has "the bug", the only people whom he will have the "chance" of infecting "in the restaurant" would be like minded people that were willing to take the "chance" of being infected by the "bug" by going to the restaurant. "IF" YOU don't want to take the "chance" of being infected by the "bug" then don't go to the restaurant. It's Bob's "right" to go to the restaurant if he so desires and it's YOUR "right" to not go to the restaurant if you feel unsafe doing so.

How about the people who work at the restaurant. Some of them may not have wanted to go back to work, but their state said if you don't go back to work when called you lose your unemployment.

You guys want to use data, science and facts ( which has not been close to accurate since the start) We had one of the worst flu and pneumonia seasons going when the virus hit, my kids schools closed 2 different times because of it. The virus hits and the flu and pneumonia cases suddenly disappear??, please give me the number of deaths from the regular flu and pneumonia during this pandemic. Inquiring minds that want to see the whole picture would like to know. It shouldn't be hard to get those numbers, should it??

OK, if you live/work in a State whose Govt. has determined that it's safe to go back then it's your (the employees) "right" to decide if it is safe for you to go back to work. If you decide to not go back to work and you lose your job and/or unemployment benefits, it was your "right" to make that decision. ALL of life's decisions have consequences.

How long should they get unemployment? Until the virus is gone?

You're overlooking one very important point. If he infects anyone in the restaurant; they will then be able to infect others, who in turn can infect others and so forth. If that occurs, all of the progress that has been made in containing this virus will be lost. I don't think any of us want that to occur.
