I'm Happy to report the water leak may have been the best thing to happen to the engine. On inspection found the crankshaft key had way to much ware for a few dyno pulls and two 1/8 passes. Grove in crank is .187 key is .183 making the key .004 small and allowing the soft key to be deformed by impact from crank gear and pump drive. I was advised to get correct size key made from better material.

As said by my Uncle Al " It doesn't coast a thing to pay attention"

Good find. That could have hurt.

All ready started receiving new parts from vendors at PRI show, great work from Brad Rounds and T&D.

Got three boxes sent off today. Everything should be back before the Gators.
