Those Fords are confusing. Are all the intakes and carbs the same or is it better to run different manifolds or carbs? I have seen some mustang 2s for sale down south for sale as parts cars

Gary, I just looked in the guide in 1977 and I don’t see the head number you have. Do you have something from NHRA that says that is a legal head. I don’t have any doubt about all the heads being the same, just was wondering why you chose that casting number.

I’m not sure that they made that casting but you know they don’t make mistakes. If you look at specs for 77 they say show piston as .0235 in hole but it’s .00235 but those as@@/holes don’t make mistakes it’s allways us

I'm new to stock racing this year. Per the guide it only shows the D7OE-DA head. With that being said did you question why the D7OE-DC heads was not there? I see they just changed the casting on a head that is legal for my combination so was curious how that happens. D7OE-DA – 1977-1979, 302, Windsor small-block, 1.78/1.45 valves, 69cc chamber D7OE-DC – 1977-1978, 351, Windsor small-block, 1.78/1.45 valves, 69cc chamber D7OE-DC – 1977-1979, 302, Windsor small-block, 1.78/1.45 valves, 69cc chamber |
