Re: "Live From" Four-Wide Nationals
Its been a long day and after the wind died down, about 8pm, racing resumed. Factory Stock Showdown got their first qualifier around 9:30. Bill Skillman took the number 1 spot with a 7.823 followed by Bo Butner's equally impressive 7.827. Chuck Watson was number 3, and with the best top speed ever I believe, 180.72. It looks as if the Cobra Jets are still the cars to beat, holding the top 4 spots.
The photos are not the best quality. I don't have the right equipment for night photography, but I will post anyway.
