Former World Champ in SG Ed DeSault does it regularly on the west coast.
He has started running mostly Nostalgia series on the west coast recently however, over the last several years he has competed in Division and National events and made many rounds with only a trans brake and a bolt adjustment on the throttle linkage. 9.90 in the 130 MPH range Everyone to his own thing. I agree with the no t-stop, many ways to get to the # , being slow isn't a disadvantage!
