Is the car legal for Stock Eliminator like that ? Or is it a Factory Stock only car ? ( does the Factory Stock rules allow for narrowed rears ? )

The story keeps saying Super Stock, alas it wouldn't be the first time a reporter was wrong... Only $130,000 list. |

Wonder how this fits in the Shootout class with a 3.0 Whipple blower!

Graphics look good Cage looks good, finally got rid of that a- pillar bar. Seats look like a road race car. Is that 11 switches on the console? What is in this car? For clone cars how much will that hood cost and was it necessary? Looks like the blower will clear a regular hood. Wheels are interesting but hopefully not some odd backspacing. I've heard 2016 customers had trouble getting wheels because Ford used a custom backspace. For$130k it should be amazing but it looks like it's catering to collectors more NHRA than racers. Has anything said it's NHRA legal? We'll see. |

I see all those switches and immediately think about all the wires behind them. You'd think they'd go to a PDM with a CAN keypad.

It's not a new Cobra Jet, but it's my bad *** Fun Car.LOL
These are the wheels that WELD Racing made for me, and they did a great job on the wheel off-set. The rear wheels are 17X10 with 8 inch back space. The front are 17x5 and clear front brakes with no mods. Last edited by davidhuff; 08-17-2018 at 10:01 PM. |

Who's to say what stock width is, Alan, when you've got cars here now where they can make it up as they go along?
