St Louis Divisional rescheduled

Greg Kamplain our Comp rep just posted this on Insidecompracing.

Jeff Conley just called me and said that the St. Louis Div. this weekend is being rescheduled because of the extreme heat forecast. It is being rescheduled for Oct. 20-22. It will be a three day race like our other divisionals with this probably being the new date for the event from now on.

The notification rescheduling the Div 3 LODRS at Gateway in Madision IL is now posted on the Div 3 website.

Thanks Jeff for postponing the race ! This would have been a miserable race due to the weather . Thanks for looking after the folks !

This is the first time in my memory that a race has been postponed because of heat. Pretty smart move in my opinion. I remember when we raced at Edgwater and the heat index was in the 100 degree range and someone always needed medical attention. Very dangerous situation.
