For it to be worth $1,000,000 it would have to have to be united with its' original engine and transmission and date coded rear end. All internal drivetrain components would also have to be correct and dated.
The hardest part is that all the fasteners and brackets would have to be correct. All these cars and their history are known by some of the people on Yenko,net. I have been a member there since the mid 90's and that is the site to go to, if you need of have information. These cars do not change hands very often.

I can't see it getting anywhere near a million,your estimate is probably close,if it's a no questions asked, real deal, born with engine,trans and BE rear end. And a high end restoration,or a survivor.Unfortunately, very,very few of these cars still have the born with engines.One of the two original RS ZL-1's might approach one million,nothing else.
