At 5.15 am it rained real hard, it stopped now but very overcast.

8:30 am update - it's very wet and while the rain has stopped, it looks like it could start any minute. Track drying has not started.

It's a great morning to get breakfast so I'm here with CR Boss Ken and Evan Smith just down the street from the track. This place is "Diners and Dives" worthy.
 The Donut Ladies have been out the last 2 mornings.

Still sitting here waiting !! They just announced they are drying the track, but more rain looks like it is headed our way! My guess is we are done for the day, but they are not going to make that announcement any time soon! But I have a few more pics from Wednesday that I will post for your entertainment pleasure since nothing else is happening!!

Why not just let all the FS/XX cars run in the shot out . Like a div. Open ser.Race no car count limits . Why limited it to just 8 ? 9.90 index ? They are not super gas cars .lol.Thanks for the reports & pics . Hope it clears up.

Well we just ran 1st round. They announced they were going to try to get in a round of pros starting in about a half hour starting with Funny Car. About 15 or so minutes later they said Stock Eliminator to the lanes for Round 1. No cars were out of the trailers, let alone warmed up! Everyone scrambled and got there but I think they really did not treat us fairly. Larry wasn't as upset as I am but they should have given us a little bit of warning. Anyway Timothy Fletcher beat us so we will be heading home bright and early in the morning!
