Reflecting back on our first trip to Charlotte, the track is absolutely first class in all facets. Although, elimination pairing is a little different as you have competitor's in the same class pitted on opposite sides of the track. It makes for a long walk to flip for lanes and can be a little tricky entering the racing surface from opposite sides. Overall though, the place is great and everyone should attend at least once.
However, if your a first time visitor, I would ask for directions from competitors who have been. When we arrived on Wednesday evening, the sign said for Sportsman Racers to go to Gate P. Well, good luck finding Gate P on your first try! And as you find your way to Gate P, be cautious of the "speed bumps" that you have to cross. Nick |

I can't believe anyone would have a hard time finding gate P lol! Just kidding a little, it can be a bit confusing especially class. I've always said they should separate the classes so everyone is pitted on the same side. It would be a lot less head ache for the staff trying to pair cars. Cody and the D2 crew did a great job as usual but it could be alot easier for them.
