That would pretty much eliminate me from competing in stock as I don't have the budget to qualify well; but please don't take that as a complaint. I enjoy being able to compete in the handicap format but I guess it really comes down to what is best for the class and the majority of the racers. At that point why not just run it like comp eliminator and be done with it? We work hard to get the car to run under the index enough to compete but would end up going to events to make qualifying runs and leave. I think car counts would drop like a hot rock. It's no ones fault but my own that I don't have the resources to qualify better, so off I go to the bracket races for a couple seasons until I can make my stock combination competitive.

Pit space was not an issue at the Fall Vegas event .The place was like a ghost town, under the new mean , lean NHRA.
