Just to assist the guy at the scales, especially if he doesn't yet have the info from your tech card when you make your first pass...but seems to me that Tom's suggestion has merit.

You shouldn't have to Ed.... It should be clearly coded on the window sticker.

I never worried too much about what combo somebody else is running. Always trusted the tech guys to get it right. I would hate to be the guy they caught cheating. Would not feel like I outran anybody if I stooped to that.

Ed, I think you are misinterpreting Tom's point.
Read the first line again.
Tommy, I'm one of those guys!
But , you really don't think anyone out there gives a crap about this, do you?

Lots of time, the Div. tracks use the local bracket tech guys. This would be really pushing it for them.

Probably have to do it ourselves.. Get a sponsor for some little decals, and fill in the blanks.

Let's not complicate things more here, I'm wondering even if NHRA know's the answer to this great question from Jody !!

Where do we get one anymore? Who's ever gonna check the accuracy?

"What do you mean I can't write down my weight as 200lbs. lighter" There's nobody there that know's anymore so why not.
What a joke !!!

With all the new horsepowers from the latest AHFS, who is going to figure the correct weight for those cars in Stock and S/S with no tech? Maybe you will get a weight sticker to fill out with your tech card and the ladies in the registration trailer can verify that your weight sticker is correct.
