I think you could get the Gen II Hemi in a coronet wagon in 66. Don't know if it got in the book or not. Did Jack McCormack have one? In the 66 parts book, the illustration for the coronet wagon in the body parts section is a Hemi wagon.

All the B body wagons are listed in the guide for 66 and 67 with the six and nine passenger wagons with the Gen II 426/425 Hemi. Let the Wagon Wheels Roll.
I do think Mike has a special kind of optimism. |

I have seen one in D3 run D SA....I know that Jack had one completely restored but the car was destroyed after making a pass at the track. This happened a few seasons ago.

This has all kinds of bad written all over it. Unless you have a nice roller to start with, just finding a decent shell, with all of the necessary trim and etc intact will blow the typical "dime rocket" budget. A lot of the Wagon parts are unique to the Wagon also.
I have a '66 Coronet, a pair of re-chromed bumpers alone got me for $1800. Start there and think this through thoroughly... |

Back when is was a kid there was supposedly a hemi wagon the was used by the sheriff dept in a county north of where I grew up. Back then they used to transport people to the hospital. Rumor was they did not have it long, could not keep it running.

Rory, how does Ram Hellcat sound? Since we are going to have Demons and the next one, lots of rumors, 800 hp and such, and the Grand Cherokee Hellcat, but only at 707. K car is another issue. We can just go around that one. Just for kicks, yall do know the Hellcat as currently produced at 378 inches is a 392 with a little less stroke. Same cam, same heads, stronger pistons, no MDS but has VVT. Demon I think has a bigger blower for sure and maybe some valve train refinements. All this is rumor of course.

http://desmoines.craigslist.org/cto/5956499277.html Ran across this 66 Coronet 440 wagon 6 passenger on Craigs List. It is listed in the NHRA classification guide at 9.69 with the 426 Hemi
