I ran into Billy (there's only one Billy - Nees for the new readers here) at the Stahl the booth where he introduced Kerry Hitt, the gentleman that's responsible for keeping the Stahl Header brand alive. Kerry and Jerry were long time friends and Kerry gives Stahl plenty of credit for what he's learned about racing.

Billy had plenty of interesting ideas to share about the state of class racing along with intriguing thoughts to make it better.
