Don, you are right. That decision comes from the top. They expanded Dallas after a nice email or two asking. I think they have a policy if you are a player for the top 10, you can get in usually. Posting here or complaining here don't do much.

If you have a chance to finish in top ten they guarantee you entry in any of the last 4 events. I got into Pomona last year with this provisional.
