Really impressive collection. Four Z11's ! Be nice if some rich guy brings Bill Ireland's old car back to the northwest .

It truly is an amazing collection. My son and I were fortunate enough to go see it thanks to Don's brother John, who I worked with. Don was out of town at the time but he arranged to have one of the people that help him with the collection show it to us. For me it was one of my best car related memories. No way to thank him enough. There were even more cars then are shown in the auction listing.

Would love to see the Alan Green Z-11 driven by Dick Milner come back also.

One of the best muscle car collections I have ever seen. Would love to see it in person. It would probably take me hours to get away from those two 68.5 Cobra Jet lightweights. I really need to hit it big at Las Vegas later this month.

WOW.....What a collection. I had no idea that anyone would have something like this......Just WOW....I had a lightweight 1963 Biscayne that I thought was a Z11 but later found out it was a 409/425....still a cool car. Radio and heater delete, aluminum front end, etc. Sold it for $1,000 when I was drafted in 1966. I would kiss every Azz in Texas to have it back .

Larry I would have guessed one of the Hemi or Max Wedge cars would have been your choice. The Fairlane looks like a good one.
I'd like the AFX Comet or the Nazy Crate TBolt but this is a Baskin-Robbins choice and I can't have fifty scoops. I'm not sure Don has a car I wouldn't want. |
