Jim said he would post a date by the end of the week.
I believe they did everything possible to get the track 100% for us racers. It rained so hard Saturday night it was like sheets of water coming down. Parts of Ellicott City were totally washed away, just a short trip down the road. Cal SST HR 1177 |

Too bad about the rain and yes it did.
Saturday heading home traffic was backed up. Way too many annoying people with their Flashers on. Sunday more rain more annoying drivers with Flashers on Rt. 50 and I-495. The main road on Rt. 301 was blocked by a couple hard crashes, stalled cars and standing water which cause cars to hydroplane. But my day did not stop there. My trans on the Caprice Wagon was failing. Finally expiring completely 2 miles from home in Germantown, MD. Pulled off on a bay entrance to Qualgen corporation. AAA got the Wagon to Fourcade Transmission. Cost $160 to get the trailer towed home. Managed to get to sleep about Midnight. Maybe should not complain too much. These were Florida style torrential rains on Saturday and Sunday. Ellicott City main street was a rushing river torrent. Impacted couple hundred cars and two people getting killed. Hope everyone had an uneventful drive home. Dan |

Is anybody but me sick of the lack of communications that the IHRA has had with Sportsman racers under Mike Dunn? Jim

I went past that to just not caring anymore... which is really sad. Dunn has been MIA. There is no communication and no leadership.
