Wanted to let everybody know that my father underwent successful transplant surgery yesterday for a kidney. All is well and he is in good spirits. His donor was his daughter and my sister, Susan. She is in much more pain, as expected, but recovering nicely, as well. He's wishing he was out in Topeka this weekend, but can't wait to row the gears again soon.
