You have no right to your car's image at any sanctioned event under any sanctioning body. Otherwise they couldn't easily use pictures from their events to promote their events.

I believe that waiving the rights to the car's image only applies to NHRA use. Anyone else would have to get a signed property release from you to use photographs of your car for commercial purposes. The only exception is for news coverage.
