As fast as some of them are going now I believe that the field would not be so great. It would be a shootout between Bob Shaw and The Flying Factored Fords, all running in the high 12's. Lets see, if I cut a triple zero and pick up a full second, they still have me covered. I know, go work on your stuff, OK anybody got around ten thou for that extra second. Maybe I should send a letter to NHRA for refactor. About 50 HP should do it.
Better yet, I need a new car with a low HP rating, like a new Challenger with a small block.

I remember when it was a big deal when WA Lee when 12.99 in his 2bbl 350 O/SA Wagon way back in the 80's.
