Congress people always "keep your views in mind" while voting whatever is in their best interest.

Congress people beating their chests, claiming victory because the EPA threw them a few carrots. If the industry hadn't gone apoplectic about it, they would have never even noticed. These are the people who gave EPA all the power to begin with.

I still don't see anything addressing protections for companies making non-street legal parts or for people with older street legal cars that aren't bone stock.
