The lack of VP or any other fuel is only aggravated by the inconsistency in the Sonoco products. I think the rank and file of tech understand our problems, but getting to the right person is another thing. It just a shame it is easier to haul your fuel and not have the headache.

I decided to use Sunoco to keep from hauling my own fuel. That crap would not always pass fuel check. Not safe hauling fuel myself, but VP has passed every time for me. I just buy it here in town, and haul it. Don't like it. Gave up on Sunoco.

VP couldn't pay for any better advertising than Sunoco gives them for free, with their product that won't pass tech! I don't ever plan to change to Sunoco.

If you want something other than the "official fuel" you'll need to bring your own to be on the safe side. The contract usually does not allow any other brand of race fuel to be sold on race track property during a national event. I know for Gainesville, Renegade has a warehouse down the road from there.
