Winter, off season, question

NASCAR cars. Any idea how fast they are in the quarter mile....with or without correct gearing....and good slicks. My guess is 10 O's with right transmission. Way off???

Low 9 second car with good traction and the right rear gear.

Didn't they make some exhibition runs at Charlotte when it first opened. I think I remember some low 10 second runs about 140.
