Just wondering do you have to run the crash bar in the front bumpers and doors or can they be removed?

Can the front sway bar removed, and if not, can it be left unhooked from the end links?

You can remove it or unhook the links. Not necessary.
Check Dick Millers web site for Bolt On Traction parts.
