Dave said it all, not a good day for record setting. I caught three cars at the top of the staging lanes doing what ever it takes to lower the records.

They ran all of SS except the Hemi cars which are in lanes, then it started to spit rain, then some big drops started. By the time Iwalked back to my rig, it stpped raining and the sun came out. They maybe resuming running in a few minutes, I think the Hemi cars are still in the lanes 11:50 am
yup they are running them now

Got all this info from the PA announcer.
Teuton, 8.56 Howes lifted early Abar 8.50 Comella 8.61 Tom Gordon ? 8.94 Gus Mantas 8.69 , he oiled the track badly half hour cleanup 8.78 did not get names for this pair, one driver is from Houma.LA 920 Hess 8.47 156 Smyth did not announce his time Pancake 860 Wolkowitz car David Barton driving ? 845 looks like the weather will hold for 2-3 more hours by what I saw on the map stock back to the lanes, see ya
