That's what I say too Mr Bender, I towed 7 hours last weekend and I'm pretty sure most of my buddies thought I was nuts(I am, but that's beside the point) but if they were going to race I was going to be there! Good luck to y'all, hope you get it in and all of us in the North Carolina will try and slow it down for you.

Question Re: Live from Reading, Pennsylvania - NHRA Keystone National

Good morning all - as I sit here having my morning cup of tea I'm looking out at yuk .Just plain crappy out there this AM - slight drizzle with some breeze and a very chilly 56 degrees .I really hate to start the day out with not so good news but it is what it is .

Today we were to start out at 9 am with Stock but I'm pretty positive thats not going to happen .And the Sportsman were to to get three hits for a change - at this point we'll be lucky to get one after they dry the joint out .As for the Stock field - I can't remember them ever having 46 cars at the Keystones - even during the Recession .

On top of all that is the fact that the TV reception is terrible this week - whats one to do ?Maybe get the gang together and play cards or scrabble or some board games - it really shows just how bored everyone is ............We are getting old for sure - years ago we'd head out to a Gentlemans Club or a bar or ??? Hmmmmmmm...........Today its Monopoly and a diet Coke with some Triscuit and sliced cheese .

Back in a bit ....
