Default Re: Sunoco fuel at Indy

So how many fuels were remove from the approved fuel list in the off season? I know the fuel I used for the last 2 years was removed, C9 unleaded. I didn't know of this until the first Div race of the year at the first Q run that it was no longer on the list, Had to switch fuels bummed some off buddy's to get me through the race. The next problem was getting approve fuel there are only 2 unleaded fuels on the list VP and Sunnoco but both are not stock by dist so the price is jacked up. Also at the national event in Seattle went to the Sunnoco fuel truck to get fuel for the race and the truck didn't even have any they should be required to carry all the fuel that is on the approved list. Have got a barrel recently it better still be on the list next year. I still have fuel from last year some how I have to burn up.

Same thing happened to me with C-9. Spent a few seasons developing a consistent tuneup but out the window that went. Was allowed to finish the race using C-9 but could not have it in the car if in a heads up.
